Catalog description

On completing this course, a student will be able to (1) comprehend the main ideas and supporting details of complex but abbreviated academic lectures and instructions spoken naturally; and (2) speak formally and informally on academic topics in a comprehensible manner demonstrating level-appropriate fluency and control of pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
