Catalog description

Applies basic chemical principles to understanding the reaction, fate and transport of chemicals in water, soil, air and living organisms. Considers major environmental issues in three areas: energy use and sustainable options to fossil fuels; atmospheric pollution including photochemical smog, ozone depleting substances, acid rain and climate change; and water pollution and water management options.
