Catalog description

Develops an understanding of the methods, tools and technologies used to collect, display, analyze and interpret spatial data in environmental science and natural resource management. Provides overview of geographic information system (GIS) applications in these fields. Basics of integrating the global position system (GPS) and remote sensing (RS) into GIS to solve problems in environmental science and natural resource management.
