Focuses on emerging sustainability leadership. Students meld powerful and traditional leadership skills while challenging their prior knowledge with a multiple lens examination of leadership in a sustainability context. Provides a view of oneself to prepare students to better understand others. Students create the first phase of their personal plans for their unique needs and individual growth toward sustainability leadership.
