Designs an education system or program to meet the needs of a diverse population within a specific community. Applies current research-based learning theories to the design. Uses professional communication skills to establish a partnership to advance an educational effort that promotes change within a community. Students use a deliberate design process to plan out an educational system or program that is aligned with their values and beliefs for learning.
