Covers the fundamentals of programming with a focus on its application in immersive environments, extended reality and interactive installations. Students begin by learning essential coding concepts such as variables, functions, loops, control structures and data manipulation. Applies these foundational principles to build interactive immersive projects that span across areas like 3D design, real-time interaction, computer graphics and generative design. Also emphasizes the use of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, empowering students to effectively structure code and apply these skills in immersive design contexts. Additionally, introduces AI-assisted programming tools to enhance workflow efficiency, automate repetitive tasks and solve coding challenges. Positions AI as a collaborator that complements students' skills by providing intelligent code suggestions, enhancing error detection and streamlining processes. Through hands-on projects, students develop the technical and creative skills necessary to use programming as a powerful tool for creating immersive experiences and interactive environments.
