Catalog description

Introduces the fundamentals of digital forensics. Students learn how to collect, preserve and analyze digital evidence through topics such as forensic imaging, file system analysis, operating system artifacts, application forensics and mobile forensics. Places emphasis on evidence integrity, chain of custody and practical skills for analyzing real-world digital artifacts.
