Catalog description

Mixed-level course open to students from across the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts that covers the basic principles of the Alexander Technique (AT). The AT is a gentle reeducational process that promotes increased awareness and ease in movement. With a fundamental understanding and application of the AT principles, explores students' individual artistic practices and everyday patterns of movement through experiential research and application.
