Explores the constitutional and statutory law concerning prisoners in the United States. Places special emphasis on the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendment rights of persons under the jurisdiction of correctional agencies, as well as their rights under relevant statutes and case law, including those affecting habeas corpus right.
