Exposes students to the diversity of ways in which complex adaptive systems science (CASS) concepts and methods are being applied in research settings and beyond the academy. Features presentations, professional articles and discussions led by faculty from ASU, the Santa Fe Institute and other centers of complexity science. Students critically review and evaluate these diverse applications of complex adaptive systems science.
