Catalog description

Provides a survey of a variety of algorithms for optimization and multiagent control that are inspired by natural systems. Algorithms inspired by biological or physical systems can often be viewed as idealized models of those antecedent systems. Consequently, also explores potential problems (and solutions) in these algorithms that are analogous to fundamental but less well-known issues in the biological and physical systems that inspire them.
