Catalog description

Helps students assess their personal strengths, interests and values in order to identify potential career pathways that align with their aspirations. Through interactive activities and assessments, students explore a variety of career clusters, including STEM, the arts and skilled trades, gaining a broad understanding of the opportunities within each field. Students learn how to set both short-term and long-term career goals while developing essential professional documents such as resumes, cover letters and thank you notes to enhance their job search. Also introduces foundational interviewing skills, allowing students to confidently prepare for and participate in professional interviews. Students gain a clearer understanding of their career direction and possess the tools needed to pursue their professional goals with confidence and competence.
