Catalog description

Covers the fundamentals of engineering and developmental biology concepts relevant to tissue engineering and regenerative medicine (TERM). Topics covered range from basic cell biology principles to nutrient exchange parameters to cell material interactions that inform engineering design of regenerative strategies. Prior knowledge of high-level engineering mathematics (up to differential equations), engineering transport concepts (particularly mass transfer), and biology is expected.
