Introduces applications of evolutionary biology to medicine. Discusses topics ranging from the evolution of antibiotic resistance to aging, obesity, Alzheimer's disease and cancer using an evolutionary framework to better understand how these diseases/issues came to be, and what can be done to prevent/treat/mitigate these conditions.
