Catalog description

Hands-on studio focuses on creating original stop motion animations. Covers the theory of timing for animation, how to plan and collaborate on animations and about the history of the art form. In-class activities include demonstrations, project work, and viewing of and discussion of stop motion animated films. Homework includes hands-on animation as well as reading, writing and viewing of films.
