Covers advanced techniques in wheel throwing. Explores a wide range of processes and techniques that allow students to have the tools to develop a personal, creative direction. Some of these skills include stacking forms in parts, altering forms (darting, lobing, faceting), building off-axis forms and altering lids. Also includes critiques, demonstrations and image presentations of historical and contemporary pottery.
