Catalog description

Evaluates human error in aerospace systems. Discusses different theories of error and taxonomies as well as safety management systems to help identify hazards and risks and then help mitigate and/or eliminate them. Extensively uses case studies to highlight human failures as well as demonstrate organizational changes that resulted in safe and successful operations.
