Develops leadership skills grounded in Indigenous philosophies with emphasis on teamwork, presentation design, networking, peer mentoring and portfolio development. Students engage with guest speakers, build professional skills through applied activities and connect with tribal and Indigenous leaders to strengthen networks while preparing for careers, graduate study and future civic and community leadership.
