Catalog description

This course supports the integration of somatic psychotherapy principles into clinical practice through weekly reflection posts and a final case paper. Students will explore their somatic responses to clinical work, apply somatic tools and concepts, and deepen awareness of the body’s role in the therapeutic relationship. Emphasis is placed on real-time noticing, embodied attunement, and reflective presence within the therapeutic process.
