Catalog description

This course equips healthcare leaders with the knowledge and skills to apply epidemiological approaches and biostatistical reasoning to describe and predict health outcomes among individuals, families, populations, and communities, with emphasis on evaluating and translating existing research and epidemiological data into practice. Special attention is given to the application of epidemiology and biostatistics to identify and address health disparities, integrate social determinants of health (SDOH) into analysis, and design interventions that advance health equity and social justice.
