Catalog description

Focuses on the diagnosis and management of chronic and complex, multidimensional health problems experienced by individuals and family members across the lifespan. Emphasis will be on complex health care problems, including some that require collaboration and referral. Discrimination between independent and collaborative functions will be addressed. This course has an additional fee.
