Clinical Practicum and Seminar

Catalog description

This course is designed to fully integrate onsite clinical nutrition patient care both in the inpatient and outpatient professional settings. Students will apply and demonstrate various aspects of the nutrition care process in various settings, including interprofessional collaboration. Students will meet regularly with their instructor and class for reflection, questions and preparation for weekly work while onsite. Professional Setting Placement Hours associated with this course.
