Catalog description

This course focuses on understanding the connections between public health and environmental factors such as air pollution, water pollution, and solid and hazardous waste disposal. Public health concerns related to food supplies in the global marketplace and malnutrition, infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases impacted by environmental conditions, and the systems necessary to deliver health care services are also addressed.
