SEL for Educator Wellbeing integrates the principles of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and emotional intelligence (EQ) with tools for wellbeing drawn from the US Surgeon General’s Framework for Workplace Mental Health and Well-Being, and is grounded in social justice and systems thinking. Designed for educators at all levels, this course includes practical tools to increase wellbeing at an individual, relational, and systemic level. It concludes with a ‘capstone’ to synthesize insights and practice into a scholar-practitioner project. This course is delivered in partnership with Antioch University and Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network.
