Catalog description

This course explores leadership theories, models, and skills essential to counselor educators and leaders in professional organizations. Students will examine their personal leadership development, engage with frameworks for ethical and culturally responsive leadership, and apply strategies that promote global and social justice advocacy. Emphasis is placed on leadership in counselor education programs and professional associations, preparing students to advocate effectively for the counseling profession and to lead with integrity in educational and organizational settings.
