Advanced Drama Therapy

Catalog description

This course presents advanced topics in drama therapy including topics in community based theater (Theater of the Oppressed, Playback Theater, applied theater), improvisation, self revelatory performance, Developmental Transformations, Healing the Wounds of History, Narradrama and other special drama therapy topics. The content of this course may change from term to term depending on the specialization of the instructor and guest speakers, but will provide students with advanced training in the core competencies of drama therapy.
