Catalog description

Introduces principles of ethical research practice and social science research methods for counseling and art therapy fields. Includes quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods, and arts-based research methods, as well as program evaluation. The course will focus on developing student’s ability to critically evaluate research literature to determine which studies may be best applied to clinical practice.
