Incorporating leadership skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities within diverse healthcare systems and policy organizations to foster accessible, safe, high quality, affordable, and efficient health services for individuals, families, and communities at local, regional, and state levels. Analyzing and applying theoretical frameworks and evidence-based practice to political activity concerning the legal and ethical provisions of health care. Role development skills of communication, collaboration, negotiation, delegation, and coordination are enhanced to create successful strategies to provide high quality care delivery at the micro- and macro-systems levels.
