Catalog description
Prerequisite: Completion of WELD 130. Designed for students who seek employment in the welding industry as an L.A. City certified structural steel welder. Provides preparation for the Semi-automatic portion of the Welder Certification Test administered by the L.A. City Department of Building and Safety. The student’s welding skills are tested in the same manner as when they take the welding performance test for the L.A. City certification. (AVC)
