Introduction to the various techniques and methods of acting, emphasizing theater games, improvisation, mime, observation, concentration, and physical release which are intended to unleash the actors imagination and intuition. The student will also be introduced to the fundamentals of text and character analysis applied to the performance of a monologue. (C-ID: THTR 151) (UC, CSU, AVC)
