Advisory: Completion of RE 101. This course furnishes persons, private or career oriented, with fundamental principles and basic procedures involved in ordinary escrow transactions. Terminology and mechanics of the real estate escrow process are presented using generally used forms. May be applied toward: (1) Real Estate Salesperson's license; (2) Real Estate Broker's license. (CSU, AVC)
