Catalog description

In-depth study of the historical development of photographic process as an artistic image from the early 1800s to the present. This course will focus on worldwide artistic-photographic and social achievements of photographers. Within the context of the course, the contributions of both chemical and digital photographic techniques will be explored, as well as the relationship of the emergence of photographic imagery to other artistic media within a similar time period.
