Catalog description
Prerequisite: MUSC 100. This course familiarizes students with different possibilities for analog sound reinforcement in different performance situations. The course will survey elements used in live sound reinforcement as well as modern studio recording. Introduction to modern analog sound systems, stage layout, and performance techniques will also be presented. (CSU, AVC)
