Catalog description

This course provides students with a review of program course materials to facilitate completion of an inte- grative essay. Students will synthesize the knowledge, skills, and values learned in classroom and field experiences and demonstrate proficiency in each of the Council on Social Work Education’s nine competencies of a practitioner. Students must receive a score of 80% or higher in each of the competency areas to complete the program. In addition, students will receive instruction on career preparation as graduate-level social work practitioners, including resume creation, interviewing skills, and professional networking.
