Case Management in Medical Social Work

Catalog description

This course examines conceptual frameworks of the health care system and the role of the social worker within that system. Students will receive instruction on important social work perspectives on the health care system, including health care disparities and the impact of historical events on the manner in which contemporary medical health care oper- ates.
