This course explores strate- gies and interventions designed to improve mental well-being within populations by addressing social, environmental, and behavioral fac - tors focused on prevention, early intervention, and stigma reduction through community-based approaches. Students apply principles of public health to promote mental health literacy and empower individu- als to make positive lifestyle choices for their mental health.
