This course focuses on leadership and management principles and commu- nication skills essential for addressing organizational and community health challenges. Students will design and deliver audience-appropri - ate messages for non-peer, non-academic stakeholders, with attention to literacy and cultural humility. Practical applications emphasize con- flict resolution including mediation, negotiation, and cross-sector com- munication.
