Instruction in submission techniques of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Students will learn specific of- fensive/defensive techniques to be used against an attacker along with escapes and submissions from a variety of different attacks. Participa - tion in beginning level sparring will be learned with particular attention to safety.
