This course fo- cuses on research-based care of childbearing and childrearing families. Students learn processes, concepts, and standards of care related to pregnancy, labor, childbirth, newborns, infants, children, adolescents, and their families. Students review common acute and chronic and be- havioral pediatric and obstetric conditions and complications.
