Catalog description

The goals of the course are to provide a solid foundation of applying managerial knowledge of opera- tions within the healthcare industry. The students will demonstrate the knowledge in a professionally competent manner conducive to health - care operations in the local community. Specific processes and business principles for managing operations in interdependent and multi-disci- plinary healthcare organizations are explored.
