Catalog description
Introduction to a variety of labora- tory and field tests utilized in the evaluation of functional work capacity in specific areas of human performance. Emphasis is given to the ap- plication of the following: 1) benefits and risks associated with exercise testing, 2) health screening and risk stratification, 3) physical fitness testing and interpretation, 4) exercise testing for children, the elderly, and pregnant women, and 5) legal issues.
