A course that focuses on the legal elements and responsibilities found in sports and the en - tire realm of physical activities. The legal environment, legal duties and responsibilities, risk management, and participant rights will be ad - dressed. Emphasis will be placed on developing proficiency in recogniz- ing and solving problems and issues in sports and physical activities.
