Space Imagery and Security

Catalog description

This capstone course discusses the use of space-based assets to support Homeland Security and Intelligence efforts. Included are limitations of the technologies, available commercial technologies, and discussion of the legal, moral, and political issues surrounding the use of these technologies in a dem- ocratic society. Students will design and present a project as part of this course. (Credit may not be earned for this course and Border Security 4302).
