Introduction to Cryptology

Catalog description

In this course, students will examine the origins of cryptology, the Internet, and the Dark Web. Students will understand the role classical cryptology has played throughout history and the role modern cryptology plays in society to- day. This course will also examine laws surrounding cryptology, as well as how law enforcement and the Intelligence Community utilize cryp - tology to accomplish their missions.
