Practicum for Principal Certification

Catalog description

Designed to provide 160 clock-hours of supervised field experience in which the candidate must demonstrate proficiency in each of the standards iden - tified in Texas Administrative Code for the principal as instructional leader certification. This practicum course will provide an emphasis on school culture, leading learning, human capital, executive leadership, strategic operations, and ethics, equity, and diversity under the super - vision of a Texas certified school administrator and a field supervisor. May not be concurrently enrolled in Education - Certification 6347, or Education - Certification 6399. Grading will be either pass or fail
