Cybersecurity Project and Program Management

Catalog description

This course covers project management in the Cybersecurity domain helping students to learn how to manage security projects successfully (on-time, within budget) while achieving the security goals of the proj- ect. Students will gain foundational knowledge of the DoD IT Security Framework, expertise in threat detection, security risk management, governance frameworks, and secure system implementation while de - veloping critical leadership and project management skills. This course equips the student with the knowledge to oversee IT security initiatives, manage budgets, and implement strategic technology solutions across industries such as healthcare, finance, education, government, and more.
