Catalog description

This course prepares students to build foundational knowledge in cybercrime to pursue further classes in cy - bercrime investigation. Contents of the class include but are not limited to a general introduction to cybercrime, basic terms and definitions, ap- plicable theories, its challenges, and prevention methods. In this course, students are able to obtain not only foundational knowledge but also get hands-on experience through the scenario-based lab assignments and build the necessary technical knowledge for future courses.
