Practicum in School Counseling

Catalog description

Designed to provide 160 clock-hours of supervised field experience in which the candidate must demonstrate proficiency in each of the standards iden - tified in Texas Administrative Code for the School Counselor Certifi- cate. The practicum is taken as one of the final courses in the counseling certification program. May not be concurrently enrolled in Counseling 6399 or Counseling 6326. Grading will be either pass or fail. (May be repeated for credit.)
