Catalog description

A study of the biology of birds, their anat- omy, evolutionary history, diversity, ecology, behavior, and zoogeogra- phy. Laboratory exercises will emphasize the identification and natural history of Texas birds. Course meets concurrently with Biology 4401 but requires additional readings, papers, discussions, and/or presentations for graduate students.
