Introduction to Clinical Education

Catalog description

This course introduces athletic training students to basic skills and tasks used dur - ing the clinical experience portion of the ATEP . Students acquire skills in patient interaction, equipment fitting, taping, wrapping, and PPE screening. The course instructs students on program policy and proce- dures and the methods used to submit electronic paperwork required of all students in the ATEP .
